When war and its ravages push people out of their homes, life changes in unimaginable ways for refugees. Can private sector do anything to make life even a little better for this vulnerable population?

Kenya plays host to hundreds of thousands of refugees from around the region, many of them displaced by war and instability. Apart from the crucial network that keeps this population connected to each other and to the world around them, Safaricom provides refugees with a range of services, including opportunities that enable them to live with dignity and hope for a better future. But why is this important?
